I enjoyed my experience here at Skin Matters. The staff is friendly and warm. My appointment was about 15 minutes late. That`s the only reason I gave a 3 star rating. Skin Matters is a great office.

Waited thirty minutes before anyone greeted me. After alerting them at the desk that I had been sitting for a while and that someone whom came in 10mins after I did was escorted back and leaving (he had an initial visit as well and his appt was after mine) , they shuffled to help me and get me the initial visit forms. This annoyed me especially since the initial visit only took 3 to 5 mins max. Felt not welcomed. Will see how other visits go, but so far I am not impressed :(

I have been a customer for almost a year now. In that time I have come, from Ellenwood, GA, to your location ON TIME or EARLY for ALL but one of my appointments. There have been times when my wait, for a five minute underarm procedure, was OVER an hour! Have have a problem with you charging people ANY money, when your company DOESN`T HONOR there time commitment. When I make an appointment for a procedure, I don`t plan to sit and watch other customers come in AFTER me and be seen and GONE while I am still waiting, FOR A FIVE MINUTE PROCEDURE! You all are NOT the only ones who have things to do! The excuse that a machine is not available is unacceptable!
