The scheduling was easy and the therapist had great down home humor which made the process pleasant.

Always friendly and quick service. Seating is limited in the waiting area. A children area or not bringing children at all would be nice.

Courteous front desk staff and love the online appointment booking system. Have gotten different information regarding laser hair removal from different technicians, but other than that, I`m very pleased. Am recommending to all my friends.

I like the service most of the time. The hard thing is getting appointment at time you wan. Also usually you end up waiting longer. But staff is very friendly, helpful and courteous.

Great experience! Easy, fast, very friendly service. Was amazed at how great the lasers were. When I had hair removal done years ago with laser it hurt and took forever, so I was not expecting a pleasant experience. Could not believe the difference. It did not hurt at all and just took minutes. Can`t wait to go back for more laser and other services.

Dana is so cool. She was really nice and made me feel really comfortable. She and the other lady are real sweethearts. SHE allowed me to be seen even though I was 30mins late. Great customer service.

wait time needs to improve. Technician/ Aestitician should have all info about the client (ie last appointment, etc)
