I was 100% satisfied with my procedure. The spa was clean the staff was friendly the price was right and the location was great. My esthetician was very professional, friendly and very informative. I never felt pressure to have my procedure that day but felt comfortable enough to have it done. Great Job, Thank you.

I have been going to skin matters for a long time now adding more services. I love the atmosphere there, staff is very nice and professional, doing a great jot. Location is very convenient, a lot of parking spaces. I have recommended this place to a lot of my friends and family.

I purchased 4 Laser Hair-Removal Sessions for $120.00 from the Living Social Deal website. I was not able to use them before they expired because of a medical condition nor was I offered a refund.

Good service overall, although they have one type of laser (the one that uses the gel and doesn`t hurt) That doesn`t do anything at all. So I effectively lost a treatment because it was done with that laser.
