great results...it works well and you see results right away. also, the people that work there are awesome. they are really knowledgeable on the lasers and procedures and make you feel really comfortable

The service was great. The laser hair removal was quick and relatively pain free. I definitely plan on going back to Skin Matters to have other services in the future!

The technicians at Skin Matters are wonderful. They do a great job of educating each client on what to do before/after treatments and what to expect during. Prices are reasonable. After trying a couple other cosmetic centers in the metro area, I`m very glad to have found Skin Matters.

Boutique style location that offers the latest beauty services at really good prices. The location is great and easy to get to. For those looking to try some of the newer or more popular treatments, this is a good place to start without breaking your wallet!

I have had a wonderful experience using Skin Matters for laser hair removal. The facility is clean, appointments are easily done online, they are open early and late 6 days a week, and the technicians are friendly and professional.

I can not wait until next summer! Thanks Skin Matters!!

They instilled a lot of confidence in their abilities and processes. They seem to geniunely care about the client and they are very upfront about the results. Every single person was professional and made my visit simple. And I love the online booking. I was impressed.

Skin matters offers laser hair removal at a fair price. I like that they have early morning hours and get me in and out quickly. Additionally, the technicians always ask for my input on how things are going and have been responsive to my concerns. I have had great success with the treatment.

My one issue is with the online appointment system. While it works fine overall, they randomly change the technician I have an appointment with every time. I never end up with the person I requested and they don`t even send an email asking if this change is OK. I have only once had a technician I think did a poor job, but I feel like when I request a specific person that should request be honored-- or at the very least acknowledge a change was made

Skin Matters is somewhere I would highly recommend.I have been going there since Feb 2011 and I am very happy with all of them. There are so many business out there, every one unique and different..and you still can`t make every client happy 100%. Power goes out, people get sick. lasers break, bad traffic, , things happen..we are normal....I get it and I understand. After all, you still do what you can to fix the problem. I have enjoyed my monthly trips to Skin Matters...all the laser technicians make you feel comfortable and confident. The front desk and managers (Brad and Cat) address your concerns and they fix the problem asap whatever it takes! That is an example of Excellent Service and Satisfaction!! Good Job everyone !
