The technician who performed my laser hair removal was wonderful. Great personality, very professional, and very assuring. The girl who checked me out was rude. I asked her how much your Latisse was, and she gave me back a very snappy answer making me feel like I annoyed her. Which in turn made me feel too embarrassed to buy any. I am a firm believer in spending my money at places that want it. I will definitely be back though. Overall great experience though.

Dana is amazing. She is a great technician but also understands the business - telling me how to move a package I bought to my daughter and also juggling clients around to be most time efficient. Can`t say enough good things about her.

My appointment was right on time and the aesthetician, Kelli, was extremely friendly and informative.

The only issue was I had to wait 30 minutes to be seen, even though I came early. The place is clean and professional.

Cat at the front said hi and bye to me and was very friendly. We had a silly conversation about the numbing cream as I purchased it. My first laser treatment on my underarms was fast and basically painless and the lady was friendly and professional. She reminded me of the Do`s & Don`ts as I was collecting my things, and I was on my way in 10 minutes.

Courteous and friendly front staff and providers.
My provider took his time in answering my questions and helping me to feel more comfortable with the process.

I love this place because of the great value and high quality lasers and results. The challenge they have is customer service. I do like the lady I go to, its more just the organization and attentiveness of the front staff. For example, I came in on time for my 8 am appointment, but it couldn`t start until after 8:15 beacuse the laster is warming up. Could the laser not be warmed up before my appointment? losing 15 or 20 min in the monring before work is a big impact when you are trying to get to work in meetings. Another example is that it seems one of every three times I go there is some schedule confusion or other issue. But this place is a value that is well worth the occasional headache for the results and the price.

This was my first time having laser hair removal. They made me feel comfortable and it was fast. I`ll be going back soon.
