I have been going to Skin Matters since last year for laser hair removal with great results. Ask for Gary. He is amazing at what he does. Takes his time and is a perfectionist. Amazing customer service and professionalism since day 1, and will continue to see Gary for all my future cosmetic needs. I highly recommend anyone to see Gary at Skin Matters.

The people at Skin Matters on Roswell Rd are wonderful. The people who are at the front desk are friendly and helpful and my laser tech, Gary, is professional and knowledgeable and always puts me at ease!

I have had such wonderful experiences at skin matters. They are always friendly, on time, and very clean. The laser technicians have been very pleasant and gentle. I would say their only weakness Is not scheduling my future appointments before I leave. The first time I went, they helped me schedule my next appointment. Now, since I have been there three times, they no longer ask me. It is just more convenient than scheduling it online. Other than that, it is a wonderful place I would definitely recommend.

Stephanie is great and gives me lots of tips on how to keep weight off. She makes me feel very comfortable and is success driven, which I like.
I did NOT notice improvement with my first treatment. The laser paddles never warmed up at all and I assumed this was how it worked, however, the 2nd treatment the paddles did warm up and I did see improvement that same night. I am going to talk to Steph about a do-over on the 1st treatment, NOW that I know that the paddles should be warm to the touch. NOT SURE if the machine was not working properly the 1st time, but I really want to get all 4 treatments I paid for, before ordering more.....so I would like to have the (1st treatment) repeated again, if that makes sense:)
