Long wait time, even after scheduling appointment weeks before the day.

I had an appointment at 8:40 a.m. My technician was stuck in horrible traffic and was not in the clinic. Skin Matters gave me to option of seeing someone else right away so I didn`t have to wait. I opted to see another technician, who was very professional and knowledgeable. Great service, and I didn`t have to switch around any work appointments because of horrible Atlanta traffic! Thank you Skin Matters.

Love Skin Matters! The staff are so sweet and accommodating. Gary is the absolute best laser hair tech in the universe - ever! I can`t imagine going anywhere else for spa services!

I love watching my hair disappear.
Everyone is nice. Ask for dana.

They need to steam clean their floors, though. Getting time for a new coat of paint too.
