I love watching my hair disappear.
Everyone is nice. Ask for dana.

They need to steam clean their floors, though. Getting time for a new coat of paint too.

Waited over 30 minutes before being served. No one acknowledged my wait. Another client was also waiting for nearly as long and had to inquire as to when she would be taken back.

It seems like the intensity of the lazer hair removal treatment is much less effective than at the Fountain Spa. Although I underwent regular treatment for my lower legs, which have very little hair to start off with, one year later I am still shaving daily. Unfortunately the staff was unable to adress my concern, although it was brought to their attention starting the second half of the year.

I had an afternoon appointment, and I was taken right away, that is great! This was my first time with Dana and was a little nervous switching technicians (my schedule changed), but she was wonderful! I am doing the whole body laser, and Dana is very kind and professional and helped me feel at ease while still doing a thorough job. Thanks Dana!

The laser specialist I had this time was much more thorough than the last person. One thing I would change at Skin Matters is the--essentially---obligatory gratuity that was guilted out of me RIGHT outside the treatment rooms. If the service is exceptional, then the tip should come from the customer`s heart, not be eeked out by the receptionist. It made me feel very awkward, after all, I was only in the patient room for about 90 seconds, and I felt like I couldn`t say no to the gratuity--especially with the other people around in the waiting room.
