The laser specialist I had this time was much more thorough than the last person. One thing I would change at Skin Matters is the--essentially---obligatory gratuity that was guilted out of me RIGHT outside the treatment rooms. If the service is exceptional, then the tip should come from the customer`s heart, not be eeked out by the receptionist. It made me feel very awkward, after all, I was only in the patient room for about 90 seconds, and I felt like I couldn`t say no to the gratuity--especially with the other people around in the waiting room.
