very pleasant staff, location is great (easy in and out). sometimes have to wait quite a while before actually going back for my service which is a pain as I do this on my lunch hour and my office is at Windy Hill and I-75.

Always have a nice time here. Kelly was my tech this last visit and I really liked her a lot. She did a great job and was nice to talk to. I will b using her from now on.

I love the treatments I have received from Skin Matters, I was really reluctant to have laser treatments on my face, but after my consultation with Carol, I was confident and moved forward. I`m on my 4th treatment and couldn`t be more pleased with my results. I saw a difference after my first treatment. Carol is the best, she`s very compassionate and concerned about her work and clients!

Shalon is GREAT! She is personable, and made me feel at ease, with conversation. She is fast with the laser hair removal, yet still pays attention to all areas that need it, while being thorough. :)
Also, Julianne at the front desk was very helpful in recommending skin care products.
Thank you both for being professional and personable!
