The staff is always friendly and helpful. At times, I have had to wait for 20-30 mins. past my appt time. When that happens, the staff is great about letting me know there will be a delay, checking in with me, and reassuring me that they will get to me ASAP. The new location is a beautiful building but more seating in the lobby, as well as well as a chair or shelf to put your belongings on in the treatment rooms would be helpful. I will definitely be back.

I purchased a set of 3 IPL`s and 3 Full Body Laser Touch Ups - Dana was my technician. I`ve had both these done at other skin spas in town and I have to say by far (!), Dana is the best technician I`ve had. She was speedy, yet very thorough. I could tell she treated the entire surface while applying the lasers.

I appreciate that your business focuses on efficiency. I know part of it is to see more customers, but another benefit is my time is valued. Keep up the great work. I also must compliment the staff. They always are so personable and down to earth...regardless if I forget to change my Christmas socks :-)

Beth is great. My results have been excellent. I really appreciate that she will give me reminders of what I can do to get the most out of each service. (stay out of the sun, wear more sunscreen, exfoliate, shave right before your service to minimize pain etc...)

I love the competitive prices here but one thing I wish the techs would do differently is that I wish they would spend just a bit more time covering all areas thoroughly. I have had different techs and the newer tech was actually more attentive than the more experienced one but either way I always leave with patches that haven`t been lasered. I would recommend your techs follow an imaginary grid on the skin rather than laddering in undefined lines. They could either take a little more time and be more attentive or they could actually draw the grid patterns on the skin so they can be sure not to skip patches like they do in other laser hair removal facilities. But the other facilities also use overhead lamps like dentist offices to see betr

Excellent customer service as well as laser hair removal. Started to see great results the very first visit. I would highly recommend the services at the Buckhead location. The bonus is Skin Matters is affordable. I waited years to have this service.
