It was my first visit to the spa for my laser treatment and I was 30minutes late due to lack of planning. Unlike other spas, they didn`t turn me down. They still attended me. Brenna did my laser treatment and she was very friendly. I was very happy with the friendly environment. I would definitely recommend the place.

Very prompt and professional. I didn`t wait a second past my appointment time. Ana is very knowledgeable and descriptive of the procedures. She truly cares about the clients. All personnel worked together smoothly without any confusion.
The facility was extremely clean and orderly!

I`m still undecided. I started a 6 treatment package with the old laser and finished with the new machine. This was for the full legs, underarms and upper lip. I still have a lot of growth, but they said I will notice a difference in the future. They now offer an unlimited package for what I paid for the six treatments. I wish they would have extended this to my plan, instead of them offering me a 2 visit followup for another $129. I didn`t like being asked for a tip after each treatment.

Unfortunately, before I took over nyah med spa the previous owner was using the older technology with laser hair removal and often times with these machines you need more then 6 treatments. Since I have become the owner I have updated all of our equipment to the newest and advanced technology. I have also been the one to design these unlimited for a year packages so that the clients receive more than enough treatments to see effective results. I had a lady with an accent and she was great! I wish they still sold the numbing cream though.
