Love this place. I`ve been getting laser hair removal for about a year now and never had an adverse effect. My only complaint is I wish that I could have the same esthetician, but I`m always assigned to a new one even when I request the same girl. In any case, all the girls I`ve had have been great and friendly.

Terrific service!! Sometimes hard to get an appointment, but I guess it`s because with great service everyone wants to get in!

I have been a client for a year & never had a bad experience before. The place is very clean & so nice, the service & the girls are just EXCELLENT.

BUT TODAY I`M VERY UPSET.....Because I paid for 1 year unlimited full legs instead of 6 treatments......Thinking that I would have more than 6 treatments.....but when I went to my second treatment 4 weeks later, front desk said that I can not have my treatment because legs have to be every 8 weeks. WHY THEY DID NOT TELL ME THIS LITTLE DETAIL AT THE BIGINING????? .......SO I should have paid only for 6 treatment :(
I feel so bad:(

Unfortunately, there was a period where we were training new front desk employees and you were given the wrong information. Our unlimited package does indeed include more then 6 treatments. You are actually able to come for your legs every 6-8 weeks. I deeply apologize on behalf of Nyah for the incorrect information you were given. Please do not get discouraged. Absolutely love Them! Nyah has the best staff and their customer service is awesome too! Have already reffered 6 of my friends and they love it too :)

Great service! The technicians do a great job of making you feel comfortable during a not-so-comfortable procedure. Nyah is also really good at working with my busy schedule when booking appointments.

NYAH spa is great. I received friendly and professional service from the entrance to the exit. The soothing ambiance is a plus.

Brenna is very knowledgeable and professional. I have had an IPL treatment and a chemical peel, both I was nervous about because of my sensitive skin. She let me know what to expect before, during and after. Everything has worked out great!
