The I gave this review 2 stars is because the staff was nice. Aside from that it would have been lower
1) I had an 11:00 appointment. I didnt go back for my treatment until 11:45 because I was somehow overlooked.Needless to say, the treatment was rushed
2) She asked me if I was getting a consultation or my 1st treatment. I told her that I wanted start with my first treatment. However there was no explaining anything. It would have been nice to have knowledge of regrowth pattern, how to care for the area etc. But I didn`t get educated on any of these things
3) The decor was nice but floors were really dirty. A simple mop would have done the trick

I`ll only be returning b/c I`ve already paid for the rest of my sessions. Hopefully its bette

I was a little annoyed that it wasn`t communicated that I was coming for a laser consultation vs my appointment. I should have known that so my expectations were managed vs. being told once I got there that I wouldnt be getting treatment that day.

I had a pretty good experience at Skin Matters. The staff was very friendly and the technician I worked with was very knowledgable and helpful. I will likely return.

I have been going to skin matters for a while. It is nice that they are usually on time and they get you in and out. The only negative comment I have is that the last few times I have been in I have been asked my name 10 min after signing in. It would be nice to be acknowledged when you first come in.
