While the technician was great I waited almost an hour past my appointment time for my treatment to begin. I wasn`t updated at any point by the front staff on the delay and no appoliogies were afforded to me.

They were on time for my appointment and they did a good job informing me about the procedure performed. I will definitely utilize there services again.

I was a few minutes late (couldn`t find parking in the lot) but I ended up being taken between 10-15 minutes past my appt time. Usually everything has been right on time.
