The only thing that this place could improve on is that no matter what time your appointment is you will always be waiting 10-20 minutes. Even if you get there late, you still will wait some. Other than that they are great.

I`ve been more than pleased with the results of laser hair removal and the chemical peels. I love the staff; everyone is so friendly!

My overall experience was pleasant. The consultation was quick, informative and reassuring. The first appointment was a little rushed and impersonal, but I believe that was technician specific. I walked into the room, laid down on the table, and before I could ask if I was supposed to wear protective glasses, the tech had the laser instrument positioned. She never offered me the glasses, and I was too nervous to open my eyes or mouth. I wasn`t sure if I would open them during mid beam. A few seconds later, we were done, and she almost ran out of the room. I had to stop her to ask what kinds of creams would be okay to use if I had a little discomfort later. She pointed to a container on the counter, saying I could use that. That`s the visit.

Great service. Loved that she applied hydrocortisone cream to me. Nice enough to shave some trouble spots for me

I`ve been to three different hair removal places over the course of three years and by far Skin Matters results have been the best. After 6 sessions, I do not have to shave underneath my arms. Carole is the absolute best.

My tech was very nice. I am not convinced the entire areas to be lasered were (seemed like there were patches that were missed). Additionally, I don`t know if the setting was high enough since most of the treatments I could not feel (with exception to one area). Lastly, when she did the upper lip, I think my teeth were lasered. They are very sensative today. I mentioned it to her and after the fact she suggested I cover my teeth with my tounge. I wish she said that before. As I said, she is very nice and answered all of my questions - I am concerned the setting wasn`t high enough - the areas weren`t covered thoroughly and my teeth were exposed. I am considering re-booking with a different tech.

I had a brazilian wax with Misty and she was great! She was quick, efficient and funny and had me laughing throughout most of it! :)

I am more than pleased with my experience at Skin Matters. I purchased a package for unlimited visits for laser hair removal for one year. I have received 3 treatments so far. The staff is friendly and professional. I am greeted promptly at my appointment time and not made to wait (huge bonus points for this). My technician Delores is amazing and always makes me feel at ease. I am telling everyone I know about Skin Matters!!!

I have had nothing but a great experience with my laser hair removal. My technician, Kelli, is awesome. I highly recommend the numbing cream.
