The technician was almost 30 minutes late. However, once she arrived she was very courteous and did a good job.

Love scheduling appointments with Dana. She is professional with a personable and fun demeanor. She always answers my questions and I feel at ease when I come in for my treatments.

There was some confusion with my appointment falling off the schedule, but the staff was wonderful in making sure I was taken care of.

Experience was great! Kelly is professional, polite and seemingly well educated. However, i did wake up the following day to several burns on my bikini area. One side is far worse than the other. They are all in the shape of the end of the laser handle. No pain, but I am super worried about scarring. Other than that, it was good.

The only thing that this place could improve on is that no matter what time your appointment is you will always be waiting 10-20 minutes. Even if you get there late, you still will wait some. Other than that they are great.
