They are always very professional and quick to get you in and out, but do not rush you. Always great.

I only have one complaint and that is time in the waiting room. With each of my last 2 visits I have had to wait in excess of 30 mins before my appointment which takes all of 5 minutes total.

I gave above average service only for the services provided by Beth Kinney. Front desk/admittion service is below poor rating. This is a second time when my appointent time was not honored. First time (I showed up on time), I had to wait for an hour before they took me to the room for, literally, 5 minute procedure. Person who they took a front of me had a laser hair removal that lasted 1 hour. I think you can better judge who to serve first, considering the amount of time needed in each individual case. Second time, the same thing, the only difference, my waiting time was 30 minutes (for 2 minute procedure). I guess, that is an improvement from your company stand point.
If not for Groupon, I would never come to Skin Matters again.

I don`t care for booking appointments online. You don`t get the information you need.
I tried to set up the rest of my appointment after my first session. The lady told me I had to do it online. What happen to customer service? She should have been more than happy to have done that for me. She was happy enough to ask me for a gratuity!
