I have gone to other places before finding skin matters threw Groupon. The others were very over priced & they did dnot work as well. I love skin matters! I drive over 60 miles to get there & it`s well worth the drive. They are affordable & their lazers work better. I tell all my freinds to go to Skin Matters.

Service is good , salon is clean and people are friendly. Only problem that I have is waiting time. I was there on time for every appointment and still I would have to wait from 30 to 45 min.

I`m really enjoying not shaving that much...I`m not done with my treatments yet, but there has already been a huge difference! I highly recommend Skin Matters. They have a great staff and the new location is much better.

I`d love to give Skin Matters 5 stars because they were so nice, but after 5 visits, I noticed no difference. It`s possible this is due to the fact that I had 3 different techs and 3 different machines were used on me. Everytime I went, it`s as if they forgot what machine was used the time before (I assumed they wrote this info. down on my chart). I was also badly burned by one technician that I saw twice--they left shortly after, but Lisa was great about following up. Again, nice staff and they were always timely. However, I`ve had hair removal before and knew what to expect and didn`t have good results. Hopefully staff has changed with the location change and there is a better system of keeping up what machine was used.

All the employees here are really nice. I am on my 5th small area laser hair removal treatment and so far I have experienced loss. I will say that since they have got new equipment it seems to show better results. I am happy with my purchase and would recommend skin matters to others.
