Check in and my visit with Dana both went very well, however I am disappointed in the fact that I purchased a half off dept coupon for $99 with a value of $350 and when I was upsold from a bikini treatment to a full brazilian I was told I could not apply the $350 value of my coupon, only the $99 which is obviously of no savings to me. Because of this, I am not moving forward with the treatment and it has caused me dissatisfaction with the company...I was willing to spend additional dollars but was instead told that basically my coupon was of no value if I wanted to upgrade.

I had a Brazilian waxing appointment with Heidi and she was great! Very knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable. I would only suggest that the Receptionists be more friendly and engaging with the clients. It was like night and day! When I signed in, both Receptionists, male and female starred at their computer screen during my wait time and it uncomfortably quiet in the lobby of the spa. Maybe music would be helpful.

Lauren is fantastic for the laser hair removal! She is super quick, and gets all the areas. I would definitely reccomend Skin Matter and Lauren for laser hair removal!

Service was good and I got into my appointment on time. The technician was friendly and inspired confidence in her skills.
My only recommendation at this point is, as part of my account, to show a history of my visits and areas that were covered.
