I went for a laser hair removal consultation and they were great. I`ve never done laser hair removal and I was a bit nervous, but they were extremely nice and answered all my questions during the consultation. I am now at ease and very excited for treatments!

I was coming from out of town and reserved wax appointment for my GF. Per her experience, she said that it was a great experience. It was fast and everyone was friendly and helpful. This was her first Brazilian wax, and the the girl was extremelyu helpful.

The staff is always so friendly and they g oout of their way to make each visit a pleasant experience. I love the laser hair removal and peels and can`t wait to start trying facials soon!

The staff is always friendly and helpful. At times, I have had to wait for 20-30 mins. past my appt time. When that happens, the staff is great about letting me know there will be a delay, checking in with me, and reassuring me that they will get to me ASAP. The new location is a beautiful building but more seating in the lobby, as well as well as a chair or shelf to put your belongings on in the treatment rooms would be helpful. I will definitely be back.

Very accomadating and professional. Carol was a great technician and seemed to do all she could to teat my issue. Front office staff ery helpful and friendly
