I had accidentally written down the wrong time for my appointment and arrived 30 minutes late. Everyone was very nice and accommodating. Thank you so much!

Overall pretty good, but I`ve never really had an appointment where it`s scheduled/executed appropriately. For example - I couldn`t schedule on the website (even though Ryan told me that`s the only way I can do it). I had to eventually call in and was told the reason why is because you all are opening a new location. If this is the case then the site should reflect this reason. Also, I was booked for a full body, but it was scheduled as 2 halves. I didn`t know that so the tech was confused, etc. Just seems the system isn`t overall the most efficient. Also, no smock was left for me in the room and the pillow was pretty dirty (small hairs on it).

I`ve been visiting Skin Matters for over a year now. Friendly, professional, knowledgeable staff, and continuous additions to the services and facilities they provide. I`ve been going for laser hair removal sessions and have recently bought an IPL session. They also are now carrying the Bare Essentials make-up line... So I`ll buy this from them as well!!

I come for laser hair removal for my upper lip area. Just to let you know that I don`t mind waiting 20 mins or so as my technition is wonderful!
But the last 2 times I noticed that there were a couple of hairs on my upper lip that were not zapped and I noticed that after I cam home.
Should I have come back the same day to have them removed?

I loved Kelli, I felt like she really took her time to make me feel comfortable during the procedure and I hope to see great results. This is my second laser hair removal appt, I only wish they had a place to put our clothes, but still does not take away from the service I recieved.
