Cluttered rooms and hall. Staff doing a job attitude. Personal services need to be a little more then doing my job attitude. Uncomfortable setting. Have no idea what to expect from my procedure. Given no literature or my procedure. Kid kicking the counter. Not upscale at all. Living social? deal?

I was expecting to actually get the service done, not just a spot, especially since I have done it before. Very clean environment.

I just cannot say enough about Skin Matters. I`ve tried others in the metro area. I won`t trust my personal grooming to anyone else!

The Techs are always friendly and professional . The service is excellent with hardly no waiting. My only complaint is I have already prepaid for my services and when I check out the front desk always ask if I would like to leave a gratuity. I treat Skin Matters as a dermatology type visit not a spa so I feel like I have paid an adequate amount for my service. When I go to the dermatologist they don`t ask if I would like to leave a tip. I always tip for my meals, valet parking, car washes. etc; but I feel this is a particular procedure I am having done and not a personal pampering session . It makes me feel like a cheap skate when I don`t leave a tip however I do not think it is warranted.

Visited skin matters after purchasing a groupon for the Brazilian wax package. My appt was with Heidi and I must say, being that this was my first time ever getting a Brazilian wax Heidi was the BEST!!! She made me feel sooo comfortable after feeling nervous all day long. She was kind and she made me laugh which helped me to really take my mind off things. I will definitely be going back to skin matters for Heidi to do my brailians and possibly try other services they offer as well!
