First off let me say that the staff is great. They are a little unorganized but very friendly and they make you feel comfortable. Now the machines on the other hand do not seem to work. I purchased a groupon for an unlimited laser package on a large area for a year. I used it on my legs, and the hair is a little thinner and somewhat spotty, but for the most part it is still there. It didn`t seem that they upped the level on the laser everytime I went in either. I know that lasers sometimes do not work on certain hair/skin types, but I have had laser hair removal from other companies and I received way better results than I did at Skin Matters. Overall, I would not recommend Skin Matters for laser hair removal simply due to their equipment.

Extremely thorough service, and very friendly staff. After a few hair removal procedures I can really tell a difference.

The service was great and the appointment was very fast, I didn`t have to wait at all! The laser treatment took less than 2 minutes, amazing! I am very impressed,

Beth was GREAT at making me feel as comfortable as possible with a full body laser!
She instantly took the edge off by engaging me in conversation, the exact opposite of my last tech. She was very knowledgeable about the lasers and their capabilities. Will be back to Beth again :)

I`ve been going to Skin Matters for almost a year for laser hair removal. Over all I have been very happy with the staff and results. Yesterday, Kellie was my tech and I have to say, it was by far the BEST appointment I have ever had. She was so sweet, answered all my questions and gave me advice/tips/additional info along the way. I will continue to use her for my last few visits. She is FANTASTIC!!!

However,the ladies behind the reception counter are nice, but not overly helpful or friendly. Yesterday, I asked a question and the girl never made eye contact with me once. I may have given Skin Matters a 5 Start rating if it was`t for this.

Other than that, I`m VERY happy with Skin Matters and will continue to use them in the future.
