They are always polite and quick. The whole tipping thing is new, and I am not certain I agree with it. I have paid a lot of money for the service, and they are just doing their job, right? I do tip, but I am not comfortable with it. Also, I get conflicting reports from the techs and the receptionists about how frequently I should visit. Some say 4 weeks, and others say 6-8. I want to make sure I get my money`s worth, but I can`t get a straight answer.

People are great. Service is good. Technicians are really like and friendly. Only complaint is that technicians forget to do certain areas and need to be constantly reminded.

I liked being able to make the appointment online. When I arrived, the lady who checked me in was very nice and easy going. I didn`t have to wait at all, just filled out the paperwork and went back. I had a brazilian, and the service here was much better than I`ve seen at other places in Atlanta. My appointment was with Heidi, and she was extremely nice, and really put me at ease, and did a great job. This was my first time there, and I had a Groupon. I`ll definitely be going back.

Everything`s good for the most part. I feel like my laser hair removal could be more thorough, and I`d appreciate if there wasn`t an upsell attempt EVERY time I come in.

My IPL treatment went great. There was no pain at all. The aesthetician took care to listen to my needs and accommodate, and also to explain aftercare carefully.
