Since moving to their new location, I have witnessed a major improvement in service. However, it was absolutely awful before.

At the new location, there have been several times where they have cancelled my appointment due to staff not showing up or lasers being out of order. Also, I typically schedule myself for the first appointment of the day to minimize waiting for other clients to finish. However, I still have had to wait 30 or more minutes many times as staff just don`t come in on time.

Also, every time I go, I find out more (or different) rules or safety procedures regarding the laser. And some technicians tell you one thing, while others will say something different.

I have received great service on all sessions i have attended so far.
Staff is friendly and punctual with their set appointment times.

The procedure was done quickly and efficiently. The tech knew what she was doing and was very friendly. The office is very clean and pretty.

I arrived on time for my first consult at 10:30 AM, I wasn`t called back until 10:55AM and only AFTER I approached Ryan at the counter and asked how far behind y`all were running. Her response was oh, you should have been called back already let me check as if she was surprised I was standing there. How infuriating! Overall I was very put off by Ryan; she did not make eye contact with me once. My consultant then came and talked to me for my 6min consult. I enjoyed the technician, Carol but was so turned off by my care in the waiting room that if I had not already purchased a package based on the recommendation of a friend I would not return.

Carol is awesome to work with. She is sensitive as to how I am feeling on my appointment days and asks the questions that matter.
Seeing great results and Im really comfortable every time I go for my appointments.
