I went for an initial consultation and was seen very quickly, they offered special promotions and the tech was very friendly. Overall a good experience.

Skin Matters is very punctual. I didn`t wait over 5 minutes before I was called in for my service. The rooms are clean, and Beth, my technician, is knowledgeable and professional.

I had my final full-leg laser hair removal appt with Kelly yesterday. She was awesome. Fast, efficeint, and yet very thorough. In general i`m satisfied with my overall results after my 6 treatments, but will say that it really depends on the technician you get. Some are much better than others. I had a few who did my full leg treatment in 10 minutes---not possible unless you are skipping a lot of areas. Anyhow, book with Kelly. She will make sure that you get what you paid for. If I had seen her for all 6 treatments Im sure I would be even more happy with my results.

Technicians were friendly and thorough, however 5 out of the 6 times I went, they were late in seeing me, even when I was on time. The front desk people are inattentive and sometimes rude.
I don`t like that you are asked to leave a tip every time . There should just be a sign, not someone asking you to tip.
Overall- the actual treatments were worth the money (I had a groupon), but the service was not good. You can find a better business with the same deal, and I would suggest that you do!

Great appointment as usual but I was surprised to see that Skin Matters was fully booked the following week! All that was available was the Saturday afternoon appointment that I took. Oh well, that was fine with me. Thanks!

I like everything about skinmatters except for the fact that they ask if you want to leave gratuity. I have gone to 6 different laser removal places and skinmatters is the first one that has asked that. One should not be expected to leave gratuity on a job that you are paying to be done well.

Service was good, staff was friendly and she knew the amswer to any question asked.
